Channel 4's Castleford Project

cover Down Your Way 121

In the January 2008 issue of Yorkshire's nostalgic magazine 'Down Your Way', Roy Hampson writes about the "landlady to the stars", Mrs Dibb, who ran a theatrical boarding house on Perseverance Street. Stars, such as Roy Castle, appearing at the Theatre Royal stayed there. An interesting well-illustrated article.

His article on Gilligan's Roundabout is due to appear in a future issue soon.

Roy also shows his photographic talent in the current issue of Yorkshire Ridings Magazine.
